Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between GILL Solutions Management LLC. (hereafter referred to as GSM, us, we), and you the Trainee (hereafter referenced to as I, you, your’s, or client).

Certification Events

I may attend the purchased Certification Event within one (1) full year from the date ordered. I have three (3) days from the date of this agreement to cancel. Event dates and locations are subject to change. Non-attendance at the event is not grounds for a refund, or release from this agreement. If I register for the Certification Event and find that I cannot attend, I must notify GSM no less than ten (10) days prior to the event and transfer to another future Certification Event. If I do not attend the Certification Event within this time period, I agree to accept written material in fulfillment of this agreement.

Additional Terms and Conditions

I Authorize GSM, to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that GSM, does not function as a personal accountant, attorney, or financial advisor or in any professional capacity. If I have tax or legal questions, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor, or other professional capacity. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release GSM, and all of its staff, employees, officers, or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in the products and services received. From this day forward I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical, emotional, and financial well being. I understand providing the information on this agreement give GSM, permission to communicate with me by fax, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

I understand that in the event I desire to purchase wholesale products and/or services from GSM, I must enter into a separate Membership Agreement with GSM (which is available for my review). I understand that my completion of the certification in no way obligates me to enter into the separate Membership Agreement. No language in this iGSM Certification Agreement should be construed as granting any franchise or marketing rights. The payment referenced herein is solely in consideration for the education and training classes agreed to.
